Family Resources

If your family is in need of assistance, make sure you check out all that WMS and the SoWashCo community have to offer.  There are local food resources, clothing resources, dental services, and more.  You can find the full list HERE

Every Meal

Every Meal is a weekend food program that provides food to children right where they are – at school.  For families who sign up for this program, a 4-5 pound bag of substantive, nutritious food will be placed into their students backpack at the end of each week.  There are no qualification requirements to be eligible.  Sign up HERE.

Winter Clothing Request

If you need help providing winter clothing for your child, please fill out this form. (One form per child). Winter clothing requests will be delivered to the child's school, and you will be notified of their arrival by your school counselor.  Sign up HERE.

Thanksgiving Meal

We are very pleased to be able to provide Thanksgiving Meals to those in the community for Thanksgiving this year. The meal will be pre-cooked so that all families have to do is heat it up. Delivery will be on Wednesday November 24th.  Deadline is November 14th.  Sign up HERE

Levy Information

During the pandemic, every student received a device in order to learn from home.  But SoWashCo Schools has the lowest capital projects levy for technology in the state at only $112 per student.  In the coming years, we will need to provide maintenance and upgrades to continue our success with utilizing technology for learning.  Learn more about our ballot questions on the Nov. 2 ballot at

If voters approve both levies on the Nov. 2 ballot, school funding would increase by an additional $9.9 million per year and would cost taxpayers just $17 a month for an average value home in the district of $300,000. Find the tax impact for your property at

WMS Spirit Wear Update

Due to conflicts in shipping, WMS Spirit Wear that was ordered earlier this year, will be late. As of now, the company we work with said it should be in by next Friday, November 5th at the earliest. We apologize for the inconvenience and thanks for being patient.
